Terms & refunds.

The short version
Book with confidence. Cancel up to 72 hours before for a full refund (tours and transfers). We always reschedule for weather, free of charge. If something goes wrong on our end, we make it right.
1. Cancellation by you
Different products have different windows. Here's the table:

2. Cancellation by us (weather)
If sea conditions are unsafe, the Marine Department issues a no-sail order, or we judge the trip unsafe, we cancel proactively. You can choose:
- Full refund — same payment method, processed within 5 working days
- Reschedule — any future date that works, no price increase even if peak season
- Credit — valid 18 months, transferable to friends/family
3. Rescheduling
Free reschedule any time, as long as you give us 24+ hours notice. We do this dozens of times a week — it's not a problem. Just WhatsApp us.
4. No-shows
If you don't turn up and don't message us, it counts as a same-day cancellation (no refund). But if your flight was delayed or there's a real emergency — message us, even after. We've never charged anyone for being human.
5. Payment
- We don't take payment until we confirm your slot (a real person confirms during open hours)
- Accepted: FPX, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, GrabPay, TnG eWallet, Boost
- Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see them
- All prices include 6% SST (Malaysian sales tax)
6. Our promise
If a tour, transfer or stay doesn't deliver what we promised — wrong boat, late driver, dirty room — message us within 24 hours. We'll investigate, partial-refund where appropriate, and tell you the truth either way.
7. Liability
We're licensed (MOTAC KPK/LN 12322) and insured. All boats meet Marine Department standards. All drivers are licensed. But adventure activities have inherent risks — by booking, you accept those risks. Full policy details on request.
8. Disputes
If you're unhappy, tell us first. We almost always sort it on WhatsApp in under a day. If we can't, Malaysian law applies, Langkawi courts have jurisdiction.
