We'd rather you change your mind than show up grumpy. The cutoff matches what our boat suppliers charge us — once they're past 72 hours, the boat is committed, the captain is paid, the lunch is ordered.

Deposits on yacht charters

Private charters take a 50% deposit to lock the boat. Refundable until 7 days before. After that the crew is committed, so the deposit holds — but you can shift your date once at no extra cost.

Force majeure

Floods, typhoons, the occasional monkey situation — if it's unsafe and beyond our control, we'll always reschedule or refund in full. We'd rather you come back relaxed than be out a few ringgit.
